The data storage service is available through the webmail page. You can log in by using your univet.hu e-mail address (3 letters and 4 numbers) and the related password. Then click on the Login button.


Once you are logged in, click on the 9 options in the top left corner and select OneDrive.

After the first login, you get a greeting message in a pop-up window. The message shows you the key characteristics of you storage space.

By rolling down the New menu option, you can generate the requested documents right here. You can also store these documents here in Folders.

By rolling down the Upload menu option, you can upload your existing documents, such as a file or a folder.

You can share the generated/uploaded document with your colleagues as well. You can do this by clicking on the arrow next to the name of the document.

Here you can also enter the contacts of your colleagues you want to share it with.

You can set the editing options before sharing.

You can also set the time period for which the shared documents can be viewed.
If you click on the Set expiry date area, the system will show you a calendar where you can set the required time period.
