TheNeptun system is used for managing the administration of study affairs at the UVMB. The system manages the administration of the students’ registration for subjects and exams, etc. Teachers can also record the date of their courses and the exam grades of their students. The system also runs the administration of financial transactions related to the training programmes (retake exam fees, fee payment, etc.) as well as campus affairs.
This service is automatically provided for all students who can log in the system with their username and the (initial) password received in the e-mail notice of their enrolment. Teachers and administrative staff can be granted access by their supervisor who requests access for them by submitting a Neptun access rights request form to the faculty’s Neptun administrator.
